I have been a stable employee since day I could legally be employed. What I am looking for in Lindab is the opportunity to use my talents to achieve personal advancement while benefiting the company. In construction it is key to always be one step ahead of the present so that your next quality line of duct will hang quickly.

put your last employment up top, thats what they really want to see.
Looks good to me.
Don’t ask about benifits until the interview, don’t ask about pay until they offer you the position.
I would suggest listing tasks that you performed at your former jobs. Customer service, cash handling, problem solving, etc. This shows that you actually took something from the job other than just being a source of income. I would also list skills you posses that may or may not have been used at your old jobs. Adapts well to different work environments, detail oriented, motivated….trustworthy, etc. I would drop the last paragraph.
In an interview you are usually asked if you have any questions….ALWAYS ask a question! This would be a perfect time to ask about benefits! I wouldn’t ask about pay at least until at least the second interview. But I would wait until they bring up pay first!
If you need any more help, feel free to ask!
This is a chronological resume with the Summary of Qualifications at the end.
1. Move the qualification summary to the top of the page. I don’t understand the last sentence, but it should read something like this:
Top-performing, results oriented construction professional with over (___) years of comprehensive sales, installation, construction and warehouse background. Proven achiever with a great work ethic and drive to succeed in the construction industry. Previous background includes shop fabrication, delivery….etc.
2. Employment History:
Target (city and state) (then add dates worked)
Sales and Cashier (bigger font)
Then describe the job, not the reason for leaving. You can put the reason in the job application, but not as a description.
You may also need a cover letter, but that would be a different question. Your Qualifications Summary actually seems like the beginning of a cover letter rather than the intro to the actual resume.
Pay and benefits will usually come up at the second interview, don’t bring it up first. Ask lots of questions!
Good luck!
