Congress ‘creates’ laws, Presidents just suggest them.
Presidents never create laws. They can influence laws. In the end, they either veto or pass them…that’s all.
The president doesn’t create laws. If you mean, under which president were these laws voted in, you will have to see when this happened and then see which president was in office at the time. It’s probably in your textbook. I think that’s kinda the purpose of the question.
